The security bond is $250.00 for functions with alcohol.
The security bond is refundable upon the return of the keys and a satisfactory inspection of the hall's condition after use. If any damage occurs that exceeds the bond amount, the organisation booking the hall will be liable for the repair costs.

The cost for hiring the main hall is determined by the purpose of the booking:
Business, Corporate, & For-Profit Use: $500.00
Day Hire for Community Groups & Individual Bookings (7am til 6pm): $150
Night Hire for Community Groups & Individual Bookings (7pm til 12am): $150
Hourly Rate (1hr Minimum): $50

The fee for funerals is $140.00.

The kitchen hire fees are as follows:
Tea and coffee use only (includes access to cups and saucers, and cold food service): $30
For full kitchen hire (includes crockery, cutlery, and all equipment): $50.00

The foyer can be hired for $30.00 per hour. A daily rate is negotiable.
